BILLING
Section titled “BILLING”All plans are billed monthly with no long-term commitment. Annual billing is available with a 15% discount.
PAYMENT METHODS
Section titled “PAYMENT METHODS”CheckOps uses Stripe for payment processing. Accepted methods:
- Credit / debit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex)
- SEPA direct debit (EU bank accounts)
MANAGING YOUR SUBSCRIPTION
Section titled “MANAGING YOUR SUBSCRIPTION”From the dashboard, navigate to Settings > Billing:
- View current plan — See your active plan and usage
- Upgrade / downgrade — Change plans with prorated billing
- Update payment method — Manage cards and bank accounts via Stripe portal
- View invoices — Download PDF invoices for accounting
- Cancel — Cancel anytime, access continues until end of billing period
UPGRADING
Section titled “UPGRADING”When upgrading from OPS to PRO:
- Access to new features is immediate
- Billing is prorated for the remainder of the current period
- Monitor limits are updated instantly
DOWNGRADING
Section titled “DOWNGRADING”When downgrading from PRO to OPS:
- Takes effect at the end of the current billing period
- Monitors exceeding the 100 limit are paused (not deleted)
- CVE Feed and tracing data is retained but inaccessible until re-upgrade
All prices are excluding VAT. VAT is applied based on your organization’s country:
- EU businesses with valid VAT number: reverse charge (0%)
- EU consumers: local VAT rate applies
- Non-EU: no VAT
Enter your VAT number in Settings > Billing to apply reverse charge.
